At first, I was worried about letting someone into my house, but I decided to use the service because my cat would experience less stress being in its usual home, whereas a pet hotel would involve other animals,and I didn't think my cat would receive enough care there.
The sitter provided detailed, loving care, and I could feel the warmth through the videos and photos they sent.

The pre-sitting consultation is a must.
Since the compatibility with the sitter is also important, I think it’s a good idea to attend the initial consultation.
I used the plan for dog walks at 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, feeding, and medication administration.
I didn’t notice any significant changes in my pet before or after the service. On the contrary, I might prefer no change, as I wanted my pet to be cared for the same way as usual.
Of course, I’m grateful if the sitter points out areas where I might have missed something.
I choose based on my relationship with the sitter, not necessarily relying on the website.
However, I can clearly seethe sitter’s attention to detail and their pet-first attitude, which assures me that they are looking out for my pet in the same way I would.
Since I have to entrust the key to the sitter, the sitter’s personality is just as important as the company itself.
I believe this is where they really excel.
At first, I was very cautious about handing over the key to a stranger.
To assess whether the company is trustworthy enough to leave the key with, I highly recommend doing a pre-consultation.
